The Italian restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, such as Chicken Parmesan and spaghetti with a flavorful sauce. While the food and service are consistently great, I find the ambiance a bit lacking in warmth and coziness. A more refined setting with softer lighting and carpeting could enhance the overall dining experience.
