Party of 4 - all of our meals arrived at different times. Had to remind the waitress twice about a side order of fries. Chicken in the chicken club sandwich was so dry and over cooked that it was inedible, had to have the cook remake it and had to take it to go because it took so long.
The waitress's explanation - "we were one cook short so it was hectical back there." Yes, she actually said "hectical".
