I've noticed that while these stores may be popular in other areas, there are only a couple in Detroit and they haven't really caught my attention. However, I do appreciate their commitment to using no preservatives in their gelato, which is commendable. Personally, I've always had a preference for ice cream with preservatives - there's a certain nostalgic quality to it that I enjoy.
