The diner exudes a nostalgic ambiance with its vintage decor and old-school jukebox, reminiscent of a scene from "Fear and Loathing." The bacon cheeseburger was a standout, though the grilled onions were a bit overwhelming for my taste - I'd opt to hold off on them next time. The friendly service, classic sliders, and delectable milkshakes make Carter's a beloved spot for a satisfying meal, especially after a night out.
