The staff is rude!! Today, May 6, 2013, the male manager is rude and condescending. I don't need to take that kind of treatment. There is a Tim Horton's on 11 Mile & Stephenson where the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms at this Tim's in Ferndale are filthy too. Better even to go to the Dunkin' Donuts right across the street.
