The hotel was very well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Despite the slightly sketchy location, the welcoming front desk staff always greeted me with a smile and provided delicious cookies. The rooms were a bit dated, and there was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell in the hallways, but the overall experience was positive, especially with the fantastic customer service and thoughtful amenities provided.
