Grill Billies made an appearance at the Detroit Riverfront West grand opening, so I decided to check it out and grab some grub. I opted for the loaded tater tots, while my buddy dug into a pulled pork creation - the name escapes me, but the taste was unforgettable. The tater tots were a flavor explosion, perfectly cooked with scrumptious toppings, and the folks in the food truck were a hoot. If you find yourself in the Metro Detroit area, definitely swing by for a tasty treat!
