The lemon pepper wings and fried salmon are standout dishes, although the salmon could benefit from a bit more seasoning. The food is consistently fresh, reasonably priced, and the customer service has significantly improved, making this my favorite spot for fish, shrimp, and chicken in Taylor.

The food at Captain Jay's is amazing - I always order the wings with lemon pepper and fried salmon. The flavors are on point, with a perfect blend of herbs and spices that make every bite delicious. The service has improved a lot since they first opened, and I appreciate the effort they've put into making sure the food is fresh and well-seasoned.
