The hot chocolate here is the best I've ever had, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I love visiting this Biggby, especially after my children's appointments at the nearby hospital, as the employees always greet us with smiles and quick service. Although it can get busy, especially on Sundays, the welcoming atmosphere and delicious drinks make it a favorite of mine.
