There are a lot of 'Middle Eastern' restaurants in the Dearborn area but this is the only one that specializes in the Syrian expression of that cuisine.
It's a true Mom & Pop business, run by a friendly couple who emigrated from Aleppo where he was a chef at one of the top hotels.

The food at this Syrian restaurant is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of authentic dishes to choose from. The owners are incredibly welcoming and generous, even surprising me with a complimentary dessert during my visit. I particularly enjoyed the cherry kabob and stuffed intestines for their high-quality flavors and textures.
