I live a few blocks from this restaurant. Haven't been there since it was called the Dearborn Tavern! Well let me say what a beautiful little place Echos is,we where so very happy to see the decore had been changed to something so upbeat and happy! Was no longer the dark cave that the Dearborn Tavern was!The service was outsatandin went in on Monday night around 6:30 there were about 6 other guest but for a Monday i thought not bad for a new place. I ordered the pan fried perch with green beans and a cup of soup was pleasantly surprised to know i could have soup for free as one of my side choices,I chose the cheeseburger soup (let me tell you) this was the most amazing soup i have ever eaten in my life!!! No kidding .Also my husband and sons raved on and on about how great there burgers were.I also orderd dessert a peice of homemade carrot cake (WOW) it also was amazing!! We will be regulars at Echos they really seem to care not your average restaurant. Great food and a very friendly staff also it was very clean.
