The Chinese restaurant I discovered recently has quickly become my favorite due to its excellent food and generous portions. The service is friendly, and the flavors, especially the sauces, are outstanding-definitely worth a visit during peak hours for the freshest experience.

The problem I have is that they purchase their food (vegetables) from food banks!!! So the food is not fresh. The owner makes excuses for every complaint that comes to her and then has the nerve to get sarcastic. Let's face it. It's time to revamp and retrain. The place could shut down and won't be missed. The local health department has already been called once.

Used to be the old Ping Ons in same plaza. Usually love their shrimp subgum but last 3 orders the sauce was grayish and shrink had slight fishy smell to it. But the sauce used to be so good and a clear type white.....what happened. :(

To H Snyder you were told 45 mins and we were extremely busy that day and the girl new was we do apologize for inconvenience but we would have compensated you but got mad and left .... usallly are wait time is 15 -30 mins depending on what you ordered like I said that was a very busy day

I ordered food over phone was told 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I arrived and was told 20 minute wait again. 45 minutes later I got my food. While waiting I observed complete chaos between the young girl up front and the low staff in the kitchen. Several people left while I was waiting because they were waiting so long for food. The wok to you driver walked away because his order was taking too long. I would of left but forgot my phone at home and couldn't call my husband and children to find out what else to get. They never offered compensation to me or any other upset customer. (There was several). Needless to say food not bad but NOT worth the ridiculously long wait for carry out!!! I will never go back!!!
