When visiting Dearborn, I often explore various bakeries, but my recent discovery of this particular bakery left me pleasantly surprised. The freshly made pastries and hospitable owner made my experience truly enjoyable, and the delicious zaatar manoosh, lahme, and spinach pies exceeded my expectations. Despite the limited seating, the authenticity and quality of the baked goods make this bakery stand out among the many in the area, and I look forward to returning whenever I am in Michigan.
