The customer service was awesome, and the food was decent, although I wasn't a fan of the chicken - maybe I would've liked it more if the pieces were smaller and more seasoned. Despite that, I'd give it another shot and try a different dish next time. This place is a classic favorite on the Westside, and they used to have another location on 8 between Mound & Ryan. The variety of potato options is impressive, making it a great choice if you want a satisfying meal that's worth your money. Just be prepared for the occasional challenge of reaching them by phone for orders - but overall, the food is delicious and made fresh to order.
