The sushi here consistently blows my mind with fresh fish, perfectly packed rolls, and an authentic vibe that rivals my trips to Japan, all crafted by one hardworking and friendly chef who's basically a sushi wizard running the whole show solo. Sure, the wait can test your patience since he's the one-man band behind every order, but trust me, once you try the spicy tuna or the baked yellowstone roll, you'll happily wait for that flavor explosion without breaking the bank.

The sushi at this place is really delicious, although the operating hours are a bit unusual. There appears to be a single gentleman who works there, possibly the owner, who is consistently polite and friendly.
