I ordered a cake from here for my daughter's 12th birthday,I ordered a marble cake with butter cream frosting.To my horror the frosting tasted profoundly like cinnamon.I called to tell her this and her reply to me was "you got a cake didn't you ?" I thought once I went up there and let her taste the cake she would realize how awful it taste instead her reply was "I 'v had worse cakes then this returned ".Makes me wonder how bad the rest were.After a few words back and forth she gave me 45.00 back of the 110.00 which she slammed on the counter and took back the rest of the cake that I payed for .When I told her I would be writing a review she called me a B_tch.I know she knew she was in the wrong because I was paying my insurance two doors down and she sent her head baker to apologize for what she called a "temper tantrum"
I have to give it one star because there's nothing less.Costumer service at it's worse and cake that wasn't much better.Stick with betty crocker
