We went to this place with a big group and it was quite busy, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with just one lady handling hosting and serving. The food eventually came out and it was pretty good, especially the shrimp scampi and the prime rib, but the service was a bit slow. Despite the initial hiccups, the waitress was apologetic and made it right by adjusting the bill, which was a nice touch.
