Living in Los Angeles, I'm accustomed to a variety of Filipino cuisine, but during my holiday visit to Edmonton, I was thrilled to indulge in the offerings from Palabok House. The Miki Bihon, Sisig, and Lechon Kawali exceeded my expectations, making it a must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic Filipino flavors.
