Can the manager and staff be informed that the person closing the boxes should NOT be pressing the fries down with his bare thumbs? This is clearly unhygienic and should never happen.
The staff appear to be working hard, but such a poor practice does not encourage anyone to return.

First experience at this location: Put my poutine in the bag sideways so it spilled open inside the bag. My hot dog sat on the counter while waiting for my fries for 10 minutes. TEN.
Second experience: Decent.
Third experience: bit long of a wait, but not too bad. At least my hot dog stayed warn this time. Should have offered a tray, or even asked if it was to go.
