After returning to this beloved Vietnamese restaurant following years of pandemic-induced absence, I found the experience to be well worth the wait. The grilled pork vermicelli, accompanied by a generous portion of meat perfectly grilled and served with fish sauce, remains my favorite dish here in Edmonton. The Northern Vietnamese soup, featuring a flavorful broth with chicken breast slices and tender beef, is a standout option that I highly recommend trying. The service was prompt and attentive, with servers checking in on the quality of our meal, making it a delightful dining experience overall.
