I've sampled their buffet a few times and tend to stick to my preferred choice of tofu with eggplant, though I'm uncertain about its freshness given its lesser popularity. The dish, while tasty, leans on the oily side. When dining here, I opt for selections from the numbered menu, particularly enjoying the rice noodles with beef and bean sprouts that rival the flavors of Chinese noodle establishments. Priced at under $8, the generous takeout portion is enough for two to savor heartily, practically overflowing with its contents.
