Thought we would try Lake City location….. isn’t even close to as good as the Albion location that is closed now …. Bummed about not having the fresh dough pizza …..👎

Pizza is good. Dine in service is friendly. Nothing fabulous, but better than the other pizza place around Girard Lake City.

It is great that you are open during this pandemic, however we just had the worst pizza ever. Usually get thick crust but got thin crust this time. The crust was doughy and the entire pizza had no flavor. The sauce seemed to be just crushed tomatoes out of the can. Sorry. We have mostly been satisfied with the food, but this was a disappointing exception.

Extremely clean, great handmade crusts, great service and responsible employees. Lake City Jim and Sue's has the very best high quality products... I am a very proud Manager and eat here everyday! ❤

We have patronized Jim & Sue's since we moved here in 1979 starting when they were near the tracks in Lake City. In the last few years, the quality of the food has been terrible. My husband had a ham and cheese sub and I had an antipasto salad just now. Most of the salad now rests in the garbage and my husband said it was the worst sub he ever had. This isn't the first time we have gotten bad food there lately, but it will be the last. Just wasted a lot of money for crap. Can't figure why it has gotten so bad, although sometimes I think the help has some responsibility for dishing out terrible stuff. Sometimes they look and sound like they are way too young to care if the food is good or not. Sorry because it used to be a great place.
