I found this really chill neighborhood bar with an awesome kitchen and super friendly people. The jukebox there is seriously on point. The pizza they serve is probably the best in Erie, no joke. Plus, the prices on beer are so reasonable, and the food smells amazing. And hey, the bathroom has all its pipes exposed, so you know everything's in working order. Only got asked about buying drugs twice, so that's a win in my book. Overall, I'd give Uptown Browns a solid A-.
