My sister and I were initially disappointed with the Fairbanks dining options until we discovered a Thai restaurant that pleasantly surprised us. The warm hospitality and flavorful dishes, like the tofu pad Thai and green curry, made our experience enjoyable, leaving us eager to return.

I recently visited Pad Thai Restaraunt here in Fairbanks Alaska and had three days of a wonderful dining experience.

The first day I explained that I was an American that has not had that much of a taste for Thai food despite the fact that the only good Thai food that I had eaten was what my Thai Girlfriend cooked. So I was welcomed with a traditional Thai American Barbecue beef. The next day I tried the Thai equivenent to my favorite Chinese meal "Mongolian beef". What I received was so good and in such a proportion that I had plenty left over for lunch the next day. The atmosphere here is beautiful. Pictures of the King and Queen are on one wall over two beautiful Thai Statues. Murals depicting the subject of Rompiung in Paradise" hang on all four walls of this quaint dining Facility. This is the perfect atmosphere for dating or married couples to spend a romantic evening. All in all this is a must in Thai dining for the Thai Dining Experience. And taken from an American who has been pretty hard on Thai food thats saying a lot. I will definately eat there a lot more from now on.
