The chai latte has always been a favorite of mine, but my recent visit was marred by an unexpected mix-up with my order, leaving me feeling unjustly accused. The woman behind the counter, unfamiliar to me, had a sarcastic edge that added to my dismay. Despite this experience, the quick service and generally friendly staff keep me coming back for more.

The chai latte is my go-to, but the last time I went, my order was messed up and the staff member I encountered was quite sassy. I appreciate the quick service and mostly hospitable staff at that joint.

Customer service was excellent. Jeanna really knows coffee. She suggested a snickers latte and it very good. I will definitely be going again!
