I had to quickly find a new venue for my class reunion, and the Rainbow Room was my first choice. Jordan was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the planning process seamless despite the short notice and distance. Her expertise in event management shined through with thoughtful suggestions and attentive follow-ups, and the flexibility of the venue made everything easy. A minor drawback was the pricey linen rentals, but overall, the setup, cleanup, and coordination with our caterer, Pierro's Italian Bistro, were effortless, and our reunion was a hit with all attendees being pleasantly surprised by the venue.
