Do not go here. If you don't like your food that's too bad. They don't care at all you will pay 100% of that plate that wasn't good. Used to love this place, but it's lost my business for good. We had ordered something that we order EVERYTIME we go - chicken pad thai probably one of their most popular dishes. We requested 5/5 spice(we actually said 10/5, so suuuuper spicy) it came out with zero spice. My meal with 3/5 spice was way spicier. We informed our server who supposedly is a manager and she said they have nothing they can do to make it spicier..... Yes... That's what she said. We decided to just cancel that order and wanted a refund for the food we didn't eat(nothing on the plate was eaten after seeing it wasn't spicy). She said it's their "policy" that they cannot refund any food. So not only did they make the food wrong, they refused to fix their mistake. I'm blown away. I've never been to a customer service place that has no customer service. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 13 years, never heard of something like this and I will never support this. If you cannot support your customers, you won't have any, and there goes your business. This needs to be made right. I will continue to pass on the word of the way this place treats their customers now.
