I am Only giving a 1 because I cannot give a ZERO
We ordered a contactless delivery! The food arrived with 3 soups laying sideways UNDER the other food spilled everywhere in the bag and each of the soup lids had holes in!
We called the store who said that was for door dash to make right, they packed the bags and it was ordered on the Chili's App NOT door dash.
We were told it was not their fault and if we anted more soup we could go to the store and get it but they would not deliver. We asked for a manager who told us it was Door Dash and they were now closed for pick up and it was dine in only! she said they are TRAINED to pack soups sideways! WOW! she refused to make it right. We told her we would contact the Head Office and she said sure you do that!
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Soup in a bag missing items and bad tasting Lemonade. WORST CHILI'S EVER... Did I mention NO REFUNDS
