I recently dined at Mandolins, a restaurant conveniently located on the Grand Resort's premises. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and our server, Joseph, impressed me with his island accent and attention to detail as he ensured my daughter and I had a delightful dining experience. The food was delicious - from the jerk flatbread appetizer to the blackened Mahi Mahi with pineapple and green pepper garnish on a bed of rice. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise and a great dining option for those staying at the Radisson, offering quality food and service that exceeded our expectations.
