Caffe Milano on 5th Avenue South in Naples, FL captivates with its incredible service, delicious food, and beautiful ambiance, making it one of my absolute favorites where I've consistently enjoyed fantastic meals and attentive staff, including the exceptional Austin and Sascha, who truly enhance the dining experience.

Great bread and olives were great. Started with meatballs not bad. The downfall was the Chicken Mattone. Scarparello style, which meant to me sauage, vinegar peppers and white wine sauce. Not the case, this dish came with a reddish color bland sauce, over fingerling potatoes.
The worst part of the dinner was the chicken...precooked and warmed up, dry and tough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How could a restarant put out such a horrible meal? BTW, my wife had the same dinner and it was ditto!!!!!!!!!!
The manager was called (not sure who hr was, as his picture was not the web site with team picture) and he had a tude on him. Asked if I wanted it replaced and at that point, we were not looking for a free dinner and we were done.
If you go there stay away from this dish.
