I've preordered twice between 30-45 minutes early so I can grab on my way to work. They hadn't started the orders until I walked in the door. This time I was waiting for 10 minutes and then am told "oh, we don't have enough tuna. Do you want something else". What's the point of preordering if it isn't ready when I asked for it to be.
