Today, my mom and I discovered Big Slim's Backyard BBQ. I was impressed to see the care he took by changing his gloves before serving us. Our combo meal was generously packed with a variety of meats and came with delicious Carolina BBQ sauce. We left satisfied and eager to return for more flavorful BBQ.
