I discovered a restaurant that offers an impressive variety of dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was attentive, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

09/01/2024 - No Tolerance for Outside Diet-Friendy Food
Been coming here for 6+ years and always enjoyed the food, drink, and atmosphere. Today, having brought my family with dietary restrictions we purchased drinks and a sandwich for myself. Sadly, both my wife and 74 year old mother were reminded that "this was not a picnic pavilion" and they could not eat thier gluten free / dairy free acai bowls we had brought. It sure who the dude was since he didn't introduce himself. Maybe a manager, maybe the owner, don't know he never took the professional courtesy of introducing himself. Just dark shades, early 50s, attempting to take an authoritative voice to me and my family. Where understandable this approach was very discompassionate and certainly was not framed as a let's understand the situation together type of attitude. In this day and time you think there would be more understanding of situations where dietary restrictions are not addressed with their in-house menu. A local gem but not always understanding of their clientele.

I was at the Hi and Dry in August of 2023
I found it to be a very nice relaxing place right on the ocean
The staff was very friendly and acomadateing
The food and drinks were very good and the prices were reasonable
I recommend any one visiting the area on the causeway in Dunedin Florida to stop by
You won't be disappointed !!

Horrible food and service! Only thing good about this place is the views. Owners are terrible to their customers.

Cheaply made food cheaply made drinks - obviously underpaid staff with the service we got. Not worth even trying out if you're in the area.
