First, let me start by saying the bagels are great, but are the only positive thing about this place. I worked here for a total of three days, and have had the worst experience I've ever had with a job. The owner Tina is the most irresponsible and unprofessional woman I have ever met. She does not know how to make bagels let alone run a business. Her husband Rorey threatened to punch my friend who was also an employee. This past weekend 10 minutes before we opened Tina had notified me and another employee that she will not be coming in and it was just going to be the two of us. It takes more than two people to make the shop run smoothly. We became so busy and overwhelmed that we had to close an hour early. This was the last straw for the both of us. We quit that day, and are still waiting to be paid. In case you're wondering, the shop can not pass simple health codes. For example, the past manager Claudio ate from containers with his bare hands and put them back in the fridge. If you read all the way to this point, just do yourself a favor and never enter this awful establishment.
