I am so saddened to learn that IT closed.
It was truly a gem.
The Chef is very talented.
Even as compared to other (high end) restaurants, his food was outstanding.
His wife visited the tables, graciously inquiring if we were enjoying our food. They cared.
The interior of IT was modern- elegant, yet comfortable.
There was a large, uncrowned outdoor patio area, with lights & heaters. It was so lovely.
This restaurant had it all.
Whether it was the pandemic, or just too difficult to get a foothold among the many restaurants in Sarasota, it is a shame that this restaurant is "permanently closed".
