I remember meeting the owners as they're lamenting the road blocks to get permits from the local authorities. As I recall, it took a year or more before they could open! I had found Sushi in FL inferior at best, but was surprised at Embers! Highly overpriced, but Good Sushi from authentic Sushi Chefs! Then the virus. They shut down. Now they open up??? We live nearby and went there at 9:15 PM and was turned away! Blaming the Chinese virus! Yet, the opening hours, on th9s site says they were open!
