I believe this restaurant is overrated there are a variety of dishes to choose from but the ones that represent as a symbol of Peruvian cuisine is questionable, the well known ceviche that my wife ordered was lacking of flavor, salt level low and to top it all watery lemon juice felt like they run out of lemon and had to stretched out, on the other hand jalea of fish was full of chunks of fish well prepared that worked out with a natural mango drink by the way if you like to enjoy your meal a bit on the hot side hot sauce had to be requested as well like extra lemon otherwise will not be automatically placed on your table, bottom line I won't be missing this restaurant.
