I had my first dining experience at City Tavern during Island Hopper week, opting for an early mid-week dinner. The selection of brews was impressive, though I missed having draft options. Starting with Mozzarella sticks served in a delicious tomato sauce with fresh Basil set a positive tone for the evening. The service, handled by our server Kelly who also tended the bar, was attentive and efficient. The ambiance inside City Tavern was inviting, with a well-lit interior and a bustling atmosphere. The black and blue sliders we ordered were flavorful and satisfying, complemented by excellent service throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great spot to unwind and enjoy good food and drinks in a lively setting.
