I ordered 2 dinners. I spent over $40.00. Both dinners were completely missing side dishes and when I spoke to Rachael, the manager, she was rude about it and did not want to remedy the situation. I eat there all the time and was very upset by the way I was treated. I have never had a problem before, so I do not understand why this manager was so unwilling to work with me to make it right. I do not recommend this Cracker Barrel.

Great food. Service was on spot ! Thank you Smiling Karen . Seeing my friend off today after his yearly visit from Holland , New York.
Every year this is our spot to chat , have greet food. Amazing coffee & conversation. Never disappoints
