We purchased 3 large carry out pizzas Friday Oct 23 and son-in-law, Joe, picked them up. We had leftovers. Sat, the 24, I heated 3 pieces. Biting into the second piece, I bit down on something very hard and had pain. When I removed the object from my mouth, to my surprise, it was a SS wing nut. I was sure I likely damaged my teeth? At about 7:30pm, I took my receipt and the wing nut with cheese attached to Marco Brewery. Asst manager Rhonda (I believe) extremely helpful. Took photos of my receipt and the wing nut. She refunded my money!🤪 She told me the owner would contact me Monday. Never happened. Wednesday I called at 10:23 and asked to speak to the owner. I was told he was in a meeting. The you g lady who answered ask what it was about. I told her. She said the owner would call. To date, it has not happened. Over a week later, still no call. I visited a dentist. He took X-rays and photos. I have a chipped bridge and likely a cracked tooth. $250 later he referred me to an Endodontist. I saw him. Another $125 and a treatment plan for his services for over $5000. Still haven't received the first dentist's plan to recreate then damaged bridge. Looks like my Marco Island Brewery experience will be VERY costly? I am extremely disappointed the owner of the Marco Island Brewery has such disregard for his business and disrespect for a longtime customer"¼ï¸
