I used to go to this German restaurant a lot and it was always amazing. Sadly, they've closed now, but I wish the family all the best in their retirement! It was a small place in a plaza in Largo, but hands down the best German food I've ever had - all homemade and delicious.

Second visit to German bistro. My husband and I only get to Florida once or twice a year and we were looking forward to our second visit. We came away very disappointed. Nothing wrong with the food but felt that we didn't matter. We were put at a table at the back of the restaurant right by the washrooms. It seemed like they wanted to rush us out. No sooner finished our app and the main meal arrived. Fast service but we are not at a fast food place. Our table was small so it would have been nice to have our app plates removed. Our waitress was friendly enough but certainly not attentive. It appeared that they had a big group coming in so that was their priority. We thought that we had found a special restaurant but won't be hurrying back.
