The subway I visited had a range of service experiences, with Andrea shining brightly in her attentive and efficient approach. She crafted my sub with care and speed, her friendly demeanor adding to the positive experience. However, another worker's rough manner and unsanitary handling of the ingredients created a contrasting atmosphere.
