At the bar in the "La Concha" hotel, happy hour runs from 4:30 to 6:30 and offers enticing food and drink specials. During my stay at the hotel, my friends and I decided to take advantage of the happy hour offerings. The bar was bustling on a Tuesday afternoon with two bartenders and a food runner working hard to serve the patrons. Despite the initial wait for service, the bartender was apologetic and explained that he was also training another staff member. The happy hour menu featured five appetizers priced at $4.30 each, including options like angus sliders, chicken wings, and braised pork belly tacos. We opted for the tacos and were pleased with their flavorful and tender preparation, especially considering the affordable price of $2.15 each. Additionally, the half-off deal on well drinks, house wines, and beers made for a great accompanying selection.
