My girlfriend, who lives in Sarasota, took me to Artisan Cheese Company for lunch, where we enjoyed two large tacos and the soup of the day, a vegetable soup. While the tacos burst with delicious flavors, the soup was more like a consommí©, lacking the substance we expected, leaving both of us unable to finish it. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was inviting, making it an enjoyable experience that I would love to repeat for the tacos alone.

Yesterday, my girlfriend took me to this cheese shop in Sarasota for lunch. We shared some amazing tacos and each tried the soup of the day, a veggie soup that was more like a consommí© with celery and tomatoes. The service was great, and the food was delicious, especially the tacos which were bursting with flavors. Overall, a nice spot for lunch with a good selection of cheeses and rotating dishes.
