As a member of the Outlook's Tuesday night Jam band, I was taken aback by Kourtney A's unwarranted comment about safety concerns at the venue. The reality is that the patrons are just regular, hardworking individuals, and incidents of crime are practically unheard of. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with delicious drinks, friendly service, and live music that truly sets the scene for a great night out.
