The staff at the Casa were fantastic during my stay, especially Tim who checked us in smoothly. Despite some issues with our room, Wes and Taylor were quick to assist us, and Patrick at the front desk helped us maximize our Hilton Diamond benefits for daily breakfast savings. Jesse and his beach team made our lounging experience effortless, with St. Pierre, Lucas, and Collin ensuring we were always comfortable and well-equipped. Adonis and TJ were standout staff members at the restaurant and bar, while Victoria's attention to detail in room service was much appreciated. The hospitality at the Casa truly made our stay memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you all! Sheila & Lee
