The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly as we were promptly greeted and seated within two minutes despite our large party of six. The milkshakes were truly awesome with a variety of flavors such as Mango and M&M. We also enjoyed the pub pretzel appetizer, fried pickles, and the BAD burger with an egg on top. The atmosphere was chill, the music was just right, and the servers were polite, professional, and charming. While the food had great potential, it seemed to lack seasoning and that special factor to make it truly outstanding. Despite this, the burgers and sandwiches, like the Blue Suede Burger, were delicious and satisfying. The tots were crispy and flavorful, pairing well with an on-tap Coppertail Free Dive. The menu offered a good selection of burgers and shakes, and we particularly enjoyed the BAD burger and bacon cheese fries. However, the chicken taco salad was underwhelming due to the large chicken pieces and difficult-to-eat lettuce. The Rebel burger with BBQ sauce and coleslaw was a standout dish, and the overall experience was positive with great food and ambiance.
