We order many times from the restaurant and every time they fail to fulfill the order in full. On this occasion 7-16, I called in to place a delivery order and they didn't ask if it was delivery (they offer this on the menue) or pickup nor did they ask for my name. We are however one of the very few businesses in the area that order from them. The food sat there for 45 minutes and after they processed one persons credit card they still failed to contact us (oh because they never took my name). When I called for delivery status they proceeded to tell us we need to tell us if it is for delivery and who we are BECAUSE they do not ask those questions. She then proceeded to tell me that WE (our company) ARE VERY IGNORANT. I think it is horrible customer service to call a customer IGNORANT. Needlesss to say, we won't ever order from there again.In addition, their food prices are different if they deliver and they do not state that anywhere. Clearly they don't tell you that if you don't ask for their name.
