Ordered Honey Baked Ham with reservation number E25-5 to be picked up on Wednesday,
November 25, 2020. Ordered two weeks ahead. When I went to pick up, was approached by an
off duty policeman there who informed me I could not get in line as all products sold out. This was an awful experience the day before Thanksgiving by the Honey Baked Ham Store.
I have purchased a ham each year for the past 20 years. This is terrible customer service by this store.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HONEY BAKED HAM AGAIN.

These people do not even care. I was told nothing regarding the fact I had a reservation number, and there was a line with approximately 30 people in line waiting at the door, yet I had a reservation number and could not get in line. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
