Good dough, good sauce, good cheese, good potential. However, step up to the plate, people: make a real pizza. I received the skimpiest amount of sauce and cheese (probably 4 tablespoons each for an 18" pizza) I have ever experienced. This signifies no quality control. Come on: give customers something to tell their friends about and come back for more. Load these pies up: specify and measure proper proportions of ingredients so you have a consistent, tasty product no matter who is working and you'll make bank; continue this and you will disappear very quickly, guaranteed. Leaving preparation up to the discretion of whoever is there on a given night is a recipe for certain failure.
